Update on the New Album ‘Northern Lights’!
I know it’s been a while coming peeps.. but good quality takes time, as they say! The tracks are all coming along really nicely. I’m loving the new sound – it will be unlike anything you’ve heard from me before!! so be ready to embrace a brand new sound with a great producer – Kristoffer Asknes – behind the wheel directing the course of this album!! @MemoryMotelStudios, Oslo, Norway. If you ordered the album via my crowdfunder at the end of last year I want to thank you for your patience, and I promise it will be worth the wait!

I’ve also had some huge life changes and moves in the last few months, as well as lots of travel, so things have been a bit up in the air for me lately. I am really looking forward to the time when I will feel settled again. Here’s hoping 2016 will bring me all that and more! (all the good stuff!!).
I am very grateful for all the amazing travels, the quality time with family and friends, and wonderful places I’ve had the opportunity to play concerts at over the last few months! Some photos’ below of just some of the amazing times.. I was lucky enough to be in Australia – Perth, Fremantle, Broome, Margaret River, Dunsborough, Busselton; Indonesia – Ubud & Sanur in Bali, and Germany – Berlin, Hamburg.. and many more wonderful cities and villages.. I am currently writing this from Athens, Greece, having returned to play some shows at my old’ favourites the James Joyce in Monastiraki, Molly Malones in Glyfada, and a new venue tomorrow night (Tuesday 9th Feb) at Route 32, with some amazing fellow troubadours and singer songwriters – including my rock ‘n roll viking angel Kristian Fjellstad – playing an international original music night in Athens! I’m also having the pleasure of staying with these lovely two Tine & Kristian and having my fair share of greek seafood!!
Since I last wrote I’ve also had the pleasure of being interviewed by the lovely Tina Ranoso Bangel who is a fabulous singer based in Sydney, Australia. We met via the ‘Lucky Bitch Money Bootcamp’ which we are a both members of. We spoke about my journey from being a waitress to being a full time touring musician! and shared some tips on how to get from there to here!
