This is a 1 hour session of safely guided hypnosis and deep healing of your heart.
Heart Healing FAQ’s
The heart healing sessions are a series of 5 core Wound healing, but you can do one at a time and see how you go. You don’t have to do all 5 but it is recommended that you eventually do. In HeartHealing TM 1-2-1 You are guided on a hypnotic journey to heal your inner child & core wounds ‘worth, acceptance, love, trust, enoughness’.
It’s a very healing experience and you also get an imprint to listen to for 28 days afterwards to keep the integration of healing processing through your whole body mind and spirit.
At the moment my sessions are AUD $150 for 1 session ( done via zoom video call ) takes approx 1 hr 15 mins.

I stepped onto the scales yesterday after an intuitive nudge and was surprised and delighted that I had released 2kg of weight. I'm not one to weigh myself every day. More like once a month when I remember because who wants to be depressed seeing the numbers consistently not budging?!!

I started stacking on fat on my solar plexus after a huge betrayal by my last partner. The past 5 years my weight has refused to budge more than 2kg after much effort. I put it down to being in my 60s and post menopause.

Years of healing study followed including: Kinesiology, Reiki, Bodytell, Ki force, Australian Bush Flower Essences, Ignite Your Intuition - Christina Ambubuyog, Working with Energy Fields, Deep healing techniques from a variety of personal Healers, Light Bringer ™ (Joanna Hunter), HeartHealing ™ (Natasha Bray), and many more modalities which I combined over the years and developed my own style of core healing therapy - Luminescence Healing ™.
I’ve also studied online business courses & mindset shifting courses with Denise DT (Money Bootcamp), Leonie Dawson (Impact, Creativity, Abundance), Divine Planning Abundant Profits (Joanna Hunter), Cari Cole (Music Business), and many other mentors.
This culmination of knowledge and study deeply experienced and embodied makes me the perfect guide for women in business too, being able to assist their growth with real advice and practical information as well as energy shifting and healing to create more abundance in their business and life.
Being a full time independent musician as well for the past 20 plus years, means that I also know what it takes to run a profitable business making a living as a full time touring musician, singer songwriter and guitarist. I know the courage it takes to be brave, bold, and take the steps to put yourself out there in the world to be seen, heard and listened to, to make an impact, and to create your own opportunities for growth, success and fulfillment.
Outside of work I love to travel, deeply experience cultures, foods, languages and people. I love adventures and being brave and gently pushing myself to try new things like Muay Thai, Rollerskate dance classes, and start a socialing cook clubs. I also live a gentle day to day creative life with my loving partner in my beautiful home overlooking parks filled with birdsong, a stone's throw from my favourite beach (my spiritual home). I have an obsession with beautiful fine china cups from my travels, I love a good coffee and croissant, and I dance in my kitchen or paint most mornings to start my day.
