I went to my first yoga class in Athens yesterday at
this great little studio in the backstreets of thissio / psiri. The teacher – Patrick Fullan is like a gymnast! When I arrived he was in the middle of the room doing a handstand with legs split.. On one hand… I was thinking.. Wow.. And, I hope were not doing that today!! We did lots of handstands but luckily can work our way up to the centre of the room on one hand thing.. Good..good..Today Im feeling muscles I forgot I had!! So I’m taking that as a good sign!! Also last night was the most amazing ad beautiful full moon over the city.. I went to the park and just soaked it in for hours.. Moonlight.. Nice..X p
